Plant Lead
The Plant Lead at Sheffield Metals will oversee all daily operations of the plant from production and manufacturing to ensuring policies and procedures are followed. The Plant Lead will develop processes that will maximize safety, quality, and productivity with an emphasis on leadership and employee development. The Plant Lead will ensure all procedures and processes for completing shop orders accurately and timely according to company methods and standards.
This position is 70% Freight Coordination and 30% Inside Sales
The Freight/Inside Sale Coordinator will verify and keep records on all incoming and outgoing shipments and prepare items for shipment by performing the below duties to quality and productivity standards. This position will partner with inside and outside sales and management to drive the Company’s strategic vision of being a Brand of Choice for customers; serve as the customer’s advocate by responding to inbound inquiries, exceeding expectations and providing superior customer service to increase customer attraction and retention.
The Team Fleet Administrator is the first line of contact for field service workers with respect to any fleet equipment issues. The Administrator coordinates with the field service managers to determine which trucks, trailers, aerial lifts, and other fleet equipment are due for maintenance, repair, or replacement.

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Marketing and Communications Manager to join our dynamic and growing team. As a Marketing and Communications Manager for our Metals Division (New Tech Machinery and Sheffield Metals), you will play a key role in tracking and analyzing the performance of marketing and advertising campaigns, ensuring all materials align with our company's brand guidelines. This role will involve close collaboration with content teams, both written and video, as well as our graphics and design team. To excel in this position, you should have hands-on experience with HubSpot’s marketing automation platform and web analytics tools, as well as possess the ability to transform creative ideas into effective marketing campaigns.
As an Hubspot Marketing Specialist, you’ll help attract new prospects and engage with them through inbound marketing tactics and use marketing automation software to help close the deal and turn them into customers. You’ll work with our Sales teams and Vertical Business Leaders to ensure that you’re providing an excellent online experience to our customers.
A large portion of this position would be to help facilitate conversations and relationships with prospects on a variety of channels. Then, use inbound best practices, SEO / keyword research, calls-to-action (CTAs), and landing pages to capture visitor information and continue delivering high-value information that educates, nurtures, and grows those relationships throughout the Buyer’s Journey.
In this role, you will also be responsible for delivering high-quality inbound deliverables (KPIs, website and blog analytics, ROI reporting, campaign creation and analysis, A/B testing) to address business challenges and support sales and marketing objectives.
