Mechanical Engineer
As a member of the NTM engineering team, you will work closely with the skilled people that run the CNC milling machines and lathes, weld the frames, assemble the forming stations, and set-up and test the machines prior to delivery. The Service, Training, Sales, and Supply Chain teams are collocated with Manufacturing and Engineering allowing for immediate feedback from the folks that use the machine and our suppliers. NTM is committed to providing a durable quality machine to our customers. (75 to 95k depending upon experience)
The Production Worker will perform all duties necessary to produce complete line of wire rope assemblies according to company methods, standards and work instructions utilizing the safest and most efficient means possible.
Inside Sales Specialist
The Inside Sales Specialist will partner with outside sales, internal business units, and leadership to drive Mazzella Companies’ strategic vision of being a Brand of Choice. The Inside Sales Specilaist wil serve as the customer’s advocate by responding to inbound inquiries, making outbound calls, following up with customers, initiating proactive contact with customers, and collaborating with manufacturing to ensure operational excellence. This role will coordinate efforts with all required departments to manage workflow and champion the sales process.
Production Scheduler and Material Procurement Coordinator
The Production Scheduler and Material Procurement Coordinator will work closely with all members of the manufacturing team and cranes department, in addition to other cross-functional stakeholders internal and external to the manufacturing team. This individual will be responsible for interfacing with Shop Managers, Contract Administrators, Project Managers, and Engineers to coordinate the manufacturing schedules to meet ship dates and coordinate incoming materials and purchased components. The Production Scheduler and Material Procurement Coordinator will assist in gathering quotes from vendors for materials and components for projects and work with our logistics department to arrange outgoing shipments.
The CWI/Fabrication Inspector will evaluate and conduct repairs and modifications to Below the Hook lifting devices utilized in an overhead crane environment. Key duties will involve conducting initial analysis of lifters, FARO Arm inspection and measurement on incoming materials, preparing reports on lifter condition, recommending solutions/improvements, and coordinating and conducting rebuilds and modifications to lifting devices.
Plant Lead
The Plant Lead at Sheffield Metals will oversee all daily operations of the plant from production and manufacturing to ensuring policies and procedures are followed. The Plant Lead will develop processes that will maximize safety, quality, and productivity with an emphasis on leadership and employee development. The Plant Lead will ensure all procedures and processes for completing shop orders accurately and timely according to company methods and standards.
Acccount Manager
The Account Manager will generate new and grow existing business through field sales visits and phone & digital contact. The Account Manager will strategically leverage vertical business unit experts and content to tailor customer teaching and understanding of the benefits of using Mazzella Companies crane to floor products and services. The Account Manager will be responsible for achieving maximum sales profitability, growth, and account penetration within an assigned territory and/or market segment by effectively leading with service, inspection, and training to become industry experts and to sell commoditized rigging products and services at higher margins. The Account Manager will develop relationships to be able to sell to new prospects; maintains current relationships to sell additional products and services by teaching our customers to think differently about opportunities and risks within their business.
The Driver is responsible for helping meet the needs of the customers by delivering and picking up products in a timely, safe and courteous manner. The Driver will represent the company in a professional and cost-effective manner aimed at increasing profitability and customer satisfaction.
The Director of Engineering will be responsible for effective planning, delegating, coordinating, staffing, organizing, and decision-making to attain desirable profit making results for the Engineering Division.
In this revenue producing role you will Lead and manage the strategy for the Training Business Unit, develop/manage/facilitate Mazzella Companies’ customer training sessions whose goal is to market mandatory technical training to customers and develop our Sales team’s product acumen. Your effective learning solutions will align with Sales’ unit strategies and help instill confidence and comfort in our customers’ technical performance.

The Safety Coordinator is an integral part of the Quality, Safety, Reliability and Transportation (QSTR) Team. This role is responsible for assisting the division and locations within with the execution and management of the safety programs and initiatives.
Independently perform all duties necessary to produce complete line of wire rope assemblies according to company methods, standards and work instructions utilizing the safest and most efficient means possible.
Project Manager
The Project Manager will primarily lead and assist with the management of new sales, as well as support other projects directed to improve the department and the business. The Project Manager will also be responsible for all phases of project execution including Project Integration Management, Project Scope Management, Project Time Management, Project Cost Management, Project Quality Management, Project Communications Management, Project Risk Management, and Project Procurement Management.
Crane Service Sales Specialist
The Crane Service Sales Specialist is responsible for providing technical sales and support related to overhead crane service and inspections in the specialist defined region.
The Crane Service Sales Specialist will generate new and/or increase existing service sales and inspection opportunities by creating a professional, yet localized, focused sales plan/initiative to exceed the Teams Goals, by working with the local service branches, as well as the Account Managers. This will require organizing and administering a plan to promote open communications, by all parties, through visits, meetings, phone & digital contact methods.
The Crane Service Sales Specialist is responsible for achieving maximum service and inspection sales profitability, growth, and account penetration within an assigned territory and/or market segment by effectively leading with service-related offerings such as, inspections, preventative maintenance, spare parts, new equipment, modernizations, and training to become the territory leader in crane services.
The Crane Service Sales Specialist will develop relationships to be able to sell to new prospects; maintains current relationships to sell additional products and services by teaching our customers to think differently about opportunities and risks within their business.
