Service Coordinator
The Service Coordinator organizes, manages, schedules and conducts all processes necessary for the branch to complete crane service work. The Service Coordinator supervises the Field Service Technicians and performs other tasks assigned by the Service Manager.
The Production Worker will perform all duties necessary to produce complete line of wire rope assemblies according to company methods, standards and work instructions utilizing the safest and most efficient means possible.
The Welder must be capable of performing a variety of welding functions. The individual should be familiar with and capable of using various types of welding equipment. A welder is also required to perform other miscellaneous tasks, as supervision deems necessary.
Credit & Collections Specialist
The Credit and Collections Specialist will manage customer accounts to ensure timely and accurate payments are applied to accounts. The Credit and Collections Specialist will be responsible for the accounting tasks, analysis, and problem resolution related to processing AR and maintaining accurate account records. The Credit and Collections Specialist will seek opportunities to train, support, and guide AR team members while supporting the supervisors as needed to help drive the achievement of KPI’s for the entire team.
Account Manager
The Account Manager at Sheffield Metals will generate new revenue producing business via field sales visits, phone contact, various social media platforms, email and web-based lead follow up; helps customers, project managers and architects understand the benefits of using Sheffield Metals products and services by promoting a technical approach to selling engineered metal roofing systems. The Account Manager will be responsible for achieving maximum sales margin and account penetration within an assigned territory by effectively selling standing seam roofing products, accessories and roll forming equipment; develops new relationships to sell new prospects while maintaining and growing existing relationships to sell additional products, services and warranties.

Position Summary:
The Director of Ropes will plan, direct, coordinate, and oversee the ropes division including spooling services. This position will oversee activities in the organization, profitable growth in sales revenue through proper planning, deployment of resources and management of personnel; identifies objectives, strategies and implement and manage action plans to improve short and long-term strategies, sales, and earnings, while collaborating to support and align with the “ONE MAZZELLA” organizational strategy.
The Director of Distribution will plan, direct, coordinate, and oversee the standard products distribution and the wholesale operations aligning with the On Time Delivery & In by 2pm out the same day service KPIs. This position will oversee operational activities while driving continuous improvement and increased efficiencies for profitable growth through proper planning, deployment of resources and management of personnel; identifies objectives, strategies and implement and manage action plans to improve short and long-term strategies, while collaborating to support and align with the “ONE MAZZELLA” organizational strategy.
Contract Administrator
The Contract Administrator will anticipate and respond to customer inquiries for contract and fall protection division to strive to exceed all expectations. The Contract Administrator will coordinate efforts with all required departments to provide superior customer service.

The Treasury Manager will lead the relationships with Mazzella Companies’ banks/lenders, implement and manage cash forecasting models, ensure sufficient funds are available to meet ongoing operational requirements, secure financial operations by monitoring and approving financial processing, manage numerous impress and trust accounts, and support key controls.
Fleet Administrator
The Fleet Administrator is the first line of contact for field service workers with respect to any fleet equipment issues. The Fleet Administrator coordinates with the field service managers to determine which trucks, trailers, aerial lifts, and other fleet equipment are due for maintenance, repair, or replacement.
Account Manager
The Account Manager will generate new and grow existing business through field sales visits and phone & digital contact. The Account Manager will strategically leverage vertical business unit experts and content to tailor customer teaching and understanding of the benefits of using Mazzella Companies crane to floor products and services. The Account Manager will be responsible for achieving maximum sales profitability, growth, and account penetration within an assigned territory and/or market segment by effectively leading with service, inspection, and training to become industry experts and to sell commoditized rigging products and services at higher margins. The Account Manager will develop relationships to be able to sell to new prospects; maintains current relationships to sell additional products and services by teaching our customers to think differently about opportunities and risks within their business.
Position Summary
The Director of Modernizations is responsible for effective planning, delegating, coordinating, staffing, organizing, and decision making to attain the desirable profit making results for the Modernization Team. The Director of Modernizations is directly responsible for the profit and loss of the Modernization Team.

Ultimately, planning, managing, directing, and supporting the sales efforts of opportunities, leads, and prospects
Shipping Clerk will prepare & package shipments to external customers. This includes product assembly, packaging, crating, palletizing, labeling, and loading of small packages and large finished machines. Will also assist in the unloading and storage of products that require forklift operations.
