The purpose of this role is to lead the strategic selling and relationship effort of a team comprised of Managers and Sales Specialists, reporting directly to the Executive Vice President of Sales. Coordinate, plan, initiate, and oversee the Sales strategy for this team by formulating and executing our growth initiatives. Develop overall business processes while partnering with the Lifting Leadership Team, Regional Sales Manager, and Business Unit Leaders. Planning, managing, directing, and supporting the technical sales efforts of leads, prospects, and opportunities. The Director of Specialists plays a significant leadership role in the organization, by maintaining senior level relationships with customers, suppliers, and executive leadership within the company.

The Driver is responsible for helping meet the needs of the customers by delivering and picking up products in a timely, safe and courteous manner.  The Driver will represent the company in a professional and cost-effective manner aimed at increasing profitability and customer satisfaction.

Mechanical Engineer    As a member of the NTM engineering team, you will work closely with the skilled people that run the CNC milling machines and lathes, weld the frames, assemble the forming stations, and set-up and test the machines prior to delivery.  The Service, Training, Sales, and Supply Chain teams are collocated with Manufacturing and Engineering allowing for immediate feedback from the folks that use the machine and our suppliers.  NTM is committed to providing a durable quality machine to our customers.

This position is 70% Freight Coordination and 30% Inside Sales   The Freight/Inside Sale Coordinator will verify and keep records on all incoming and outgoing shipments and prepare items for shipment by performing the below duties to quality and productivity standards.  This position will partner with inside and outside sales and management to drive the Company’s strategic vision of being a Brand of Choice for customers; serve as the customer’s advocate by responding to inbound inquiries, exceeding expectations and providing superior customer service to increase customer attraction and retention.  

Shipping Clerk will prepare & package shipments to external customers. This includes product assembly, packaging, crating, palletizing, labeling, and loading of small packages and large finished machines. Will also assist in the unloading and storage of products that require forklift operations.

Position Summary Mechanical Assembler will provide hands on build, repair, and updating to machines involved in the assembly process. Select correct manufacturing methods and fundamental technology used for assembly of new products or improvement for existing machines. Has a basic understanding of our company’s products, processes, and capabilities. 

Inside Sales Specialist   The Inside Sales Specialist will partner with outside sales, internal business units, and leadership to drive Mazzella Companies’ strategic vision of being a Brand of Choice. Serve as the customer’s advocate by responding to inbound inquiries, making outbound calls, following up with customers, initiating proactive contact with customers, and collaborating with manufacturing to ensure operational excellence. This role will coordinate efforts with all required departments to manage workflow and champion the sales process.

Account Manager The Account Manager will generate new and grow existing business through field sales visits and phone & digital contact. The Account Manager will strategically leverage vertical business unit experts and content to tailor customer teaching and understanding of the benefits of using Mazzella Companies crane to floor products and services. The Account Manager will be responsible for achieving maximum sales profitability, growth, and account penetration within an assigned territory and/or market segment by effectively leading with service, inspection, and training to become industry experts and to sell commoditized rigging products and services at higher margins. The Account Manager will develop relationships to be able to sell to new prospects; maintains current relationships to sell additional products and services by teaching our customers to think differently about opportunities and risks within their business.

IT Project Manager The IT Project Manager will be responsible for managing project scope, timelines, budgets, and quality while ensuring that all stakeholders are informed and engaged throughout the project lifecycle. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of delivering technology projects on time, within budget, and to the satisfaction of stakeholders. 

Inventory Control Cooordinator   The Inventory Control Coordinator will be responsible for assisting the Inventory Analyst and Inventory Manager with data entry operations, maintaining inventory records, and other inventory needs within the ERP system. The Inventory Control Coordinator will collaborate with internal and external stakeholders in order to drive the goals of the inventory team.

Service Manager The Service Manager oversees the operation of the branch’s crane service business.

The Service Coordinator organizes, manages, schedules and conducts all processes necessary for the branch to complete crane service work. The Service Coordinator supervises the Field Service Technicians and performs other tasks assigned by the Service Manager.
