Coordinate, plan, initiate, and oversee the Sales strategy for the Sales Specialists by formulating and executing our growth initiatives. Develop overall business processes while working with the Regional Sales Manager, Business Unit Leaders, Account Managers and multiple internal partners. Ultimately, planning, managing, directing, and supporting the sales efforts of opportunities, leads, and prospects
Education
A high school diploma or GED is required; an undergraduate degree from an accredited college or university with a focus in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Economics, Marketing, or related discipline is preferred; in the absence of a degree, directly related job experience serving in a management role in a manufacturing facility, where a number of years and proven knowledge may offset the degree requirement.
