Overview

As an Hubspot Marketing Specialist, you’ll help attract new prospects and engage with them through inbound marketing tactics and use marketing automation software to help close the deal and turn them into customers. You’ll work with our Sales teams and Vertical Business Leaders to ensure that you’re providing an excellent online experience to our customers.

 

A large portion of this position would be to help facilitate conversations and relationships with prospects on a variety of channels. Then, use inbound best practices, SEO / keyword research, calls-to-action (CTAs), and landing pages to capture visitor information and continue delivering high-value information that educates, nurtures, and grows those relationships throughout the Buyer’s Journey.

 

In this role, you will also be responsible for delivering high-quality inbound deliverables (KPIs, website and blog analytics, ROI reporting, campaign creation and analysis, A/B testing) to address business challenges and support sales and marketing objectives.

Responsibilities

 

  • Create, manage, and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns that leverage SEO, keyword research, buyer personas, social media, inbound marketing, email, and events to grow customer acquisition.
  • Use marketing automation to deliver information to prospects exactly when they need it, based on their persona and current understanding of our products and services.
  • Perform content audits and HubSpot portal audits to optimize and identify gaps and identify areas of opportunity in our current strategies.
  • Utilize closed-loop reporting to sales activities, revenue impact analysis including ROI and pipeline and deal conversion tracking.
  • Develop scalable and documented processes and best practices to keep HubSpot contact lists, reporting, and campaign assets organized and standardized across multiple portals.
  • Conduct market research to gain insights into various industries, channels and segments, competitor landscape, buyer preferences, and market conditions.
  • Generate monthly reports to highlight wins, areas of improvement, and recommendations for future strategies based on analysis and observations.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the industry’s best practices, strategies, and offerings around inbound marketing.
  • Work across all businesses and departments to build and execute a unified marketing, sales, and product strategy.

Qualifications

Experience & Skills:

  • Hands-on experience with lead nurturing and driving personalized and automated engagement to targeted audiences in HubSpot.
  • Proficiency with marketing tools like WordPress, Google Analytics, Lucky Orange, SEMrush, and the ability to learn other new software tools quickly.
  • Experience designing automated workflows, lead scoring systems, automated email sequences, and A/B testing of campaigns.
  • Technical aptitude and working knowledge of CRM and ERP systems—NetSuite experience a plus.
  • Analytical abilities including analyzing campaign performance, lead conversion funnel metrics, sales cycle stages, and the skills in data synthesis to derive insights and optimize programs and campaigns.
  • Highly organized and obsessive attention to detail.
  • Ability to see the big picture, think creatively, and a desire to use data to inform decision-making.
  • Current understanding of inbound marketing and sales strategies, best practices, and associated resources.
  • Excellent communication, listening, and writing skills.
  • Ability to grasp complex technical concepts and communicate them simply.
  • Flexible and adaptable in managing your time and schedule in a rapidly-changing environment.

Travel

Travel for this position is up to 10%
