The Sales Assistant Intern plays a key role in providing support to senior level management. In this role, you will assist with the development of reporting and metrics to drive continuous improvement throughout the organization. Performs duties such as coordination of meetings and conferences, request and create reports for General Managers, coordinate direct mailings, analyze customer reports and work on special projects. Deal with a diverse group of important external callers and visitors, as well as, internal contacts at all levels of the organization.
An undergraduate or graduate student from an accredited college or university with a focus in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Economics, Marketing, Supply Chain or related discipline.
Experience & Skills
Solid analytical & planning skills, self-motivated.
Experience/exposure in data mining, analysis and reporting.
Ability to effectively communicate to all levels of the organization.
Willingness to work in a team environment.
Handle multiple activities simultaneously and ensure accurate and timely completion of tasks.
Proficient user of Microsoft Office Tools: Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
Must successfully complete a criminal background check, drug screen and E-verify
Local candidate to work minimum of 20-30 hours a week (flexible)
Minimum 3.0 GPA
