  • Overview

    The NetSuite Project Manager reports to the CFO.  NetSuite Project Manager will lead project planning, implementation and the successful and timely delivery of NetSuite ERP projects. This person will lead short and long-term initiatives by developing timelines, milestones and life cycles. Responsible for the management and the implementation of projects, from inception through project closure. They are responsible for driving solution definition, resource allocation, project direction, team building, non-conformity resolution and overall risk management of ERP projects.


    1. Work on NetSuite projects including new implementations, enhancements, integrations, support and other special projects
    2. Lead project teams, share your individual subject matter expertise and be a contact
    3. Become fully engaged in deployment activities providing technical guidance to the project team
    4. Create and deliver presentations on technical concepts, project work plans, delivery approach, milestones, and results to executive team
    5. Educate on NetSuite best practices
    6. Identify, design and implement creative business solutions to continually improve the Company's methodology and approach.
    7. Perform project management activities including training and leading the change management process
    8. Oversee and take responsibility for the successful completion and timeliness of projects within set budget
    9. Create and maintain project plans inclusive of communication matrix, responsibility matrix, schedule, and budget
    10. Provide a monthly written progress and issues report to the Leadership Team
    11. Own and execute the project according to our defined methodology
    12. Ensure all internal project documentation is created, maintained, and properly saved
    13. Participate in the creation and review of all project documentation
    14. Maintain communication throughout the course of the project
    15. Lead internal project team and project management meetings
    16. Participate in internal projects as required
    17. Other duties as assigned



    A high school diploma or GED is required; an undergraduate degree from an accredited college or university with a focus in Computer Science, or related discipline; in the absence of a degree, directly-related job experience serving in a leadership role, where a number of years and proven knowledge may offset the degree requirement; Master’s degree preferred


    Experience & Skills

    • PMP designation is strongly preferred
    • 5+ years of direct NetSuite implementation, upgrade, and support experience
    • 3+ years of Tier 1 or Tier 2 consulting experience
    • Experience facilitating design and configuration of NetSuite demonstrated by successful completion of 3 or more implementations
    • Experience with data conversions, interfaces/integrations, reporting, and customizations to NetSuite applications
    • Experience testing NetSuite application instances to successfully validate application setups, including input to test plans, test scenarios, and test scripts is required
    • Ability to assess functional and technical gaps in designs
    • Ability to define and articulate Business Benefits and Costs
    • Experience working with every level of the organization
    • Experience managing multiple projects at one time
    • Strong time management skills as you’ll have multiple priorities to focus on in a week that often changes
    • The ability to be self-directed and work in an ambiguous and dynamic environment
    • Demonstrated ability to proactively mitigate project-related risks
    • Strong business and technical acumen
    • Exceptional written and verbal communication
    • Excellent interpersonal skills working across different internal project teams and a commitment to outstanding client satisfaction
    • Requires solid written and verbal communication skills
    • Strong analytical, conceptual and planning skills are required
    • Excellent math skills and overall PC literacy (Microsoft Office) are required
    • Must be detail oriented, self-motivated and disciplined with the ability to multi-task
    • Must successfully complete a criminal background check, physical, drug screen and E-verify
